Terms of Service
Last updated: June 9, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of paidfetch.com and related services (the “Service”), operated by PaidFetch. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PaidFetch is an AI invoice chasing tool: you upload an overdue invoice (or paste the details) and we draft a payment reminder email, a follow-up sequence, and escalation messages that you can review before sending. Drafts are assistance, not legal advice, and do not guarantee payment.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account (via Google sign-in). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe others’ rights when using the Service;
- upload content you have no right to submit;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its limits;
- use the Service to send fraudulent, misleading, threatening, or harassing communications, or to impersonate anyone;
- use the Service to generate or process sexually explicit, NSFW, or otherwise obscene content, or content that sexualizes minors (child sexual abuse material, “CSAM”). We do not tolerate such use and will terminate accounts that engage in it;
- use the Service for any illegal activity, including the exploitation or abuse of children.
We use automated moderation and manual review to detect prohibited content and abuse. Prompts and drafts that are flagged as violating these rules are blocked automatically, and we may suspend accounts without notice where abuse is detected.
4. Plans, billing & cancellation
- A free tier is available with daily usage limits.
- Paid subscriptions (e.g. Pro, API & Business) are billed through our payment provider, Creem, on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period and does not renew thereafter.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change with notice for future billing periods.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by PaidFetch and protected by applicable laws. You retain rights to the invoice and payment data you submit; you grant us only the limited, temporary right to process it in memory to produce your draft.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. AI drafting evolves quickly and generated messages may be inaccurate, unclear, or inappropriate for a particular situation. The Service does not constitute legal advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for any debt-collection, legal, or contractual decision.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaidFetch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service, with notice where reasonable.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
