About PaidFetch
PaidFetch is a free AI invoice chasing tool. Upload an overdue invoice and the AI drafts a polite, effective payment reminder email — you review it, edit it, and send it from your own inbox. The goal is simple: help freelancers, small businesses and finance teams get paid faster without the awkwardness of chasing.
Why we built it
Late payments are one of the most common and most uncomfortable problems for anyone who invoices. Most people know they should follow up — they just don’t, because drafting a reminder that is both firm and friendly takes time and feels awkward. Generic templates don’t fit the specific invoice, the client, or the situation.
PaidFetch was built to remove that friction. It reads the invoice — who, what, how much, how overdue — and drafts a personalized reminder in your voice, with the tone you choose. You stay in control of every message: nothing is ever sent without your explicit approval.
How it works
- Connect an invoice. Upload a PDF, CSV or TXT of the overdue invoice — or paste the details. Nothing is stored: data is processed in memory and discarded.
- AI drafts the chase. You get a polite, effective reminder matched to the amount, due date and client, in the tone you choose.
- You review & send. Read it, tweak it, send it from your own inbox. Every message goes out with your approval.
