Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PaidFetch (“PaidFetch”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use paidfetch.com and related services (the “Service”). PaidFetch is operated by an independent individual. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@paidfetch.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image to create and secure your account.
- Invoice records. For signed-in users we store metadata about each invoice — client name, amount, due date, and the status of each chase step — so we can show your dashboard and enforce plan limits.
- Billing data. Paid plans are processed by our payment provider (Creem). We receive your subscription status and customer/subscription identifiers. We do not store your full card details — these are handled by the payment provider.
- Technical data. Basic logs and security data (such as IP address and user agent) used to operate, secure, and debug the Service.
2. Your uploaded invoices are not stored
Invoice documents you upload are read in memory to extract the details (client, amount, due date) used to draft your chase reminders. We do not persist the files and we do not use them to train models.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To enforce free-tier limits and manage paid subscriptions.
- To respond to support requests and communicate important notices.
- To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or technical issues.
4. Service providers
We rely on the following processors to run the Service:
- Google — sign-in (OAuth) authentication.
- Creem — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Cloudflare — hosting, database, and storage infrastructure.
These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service and under their own privacy terms.
5. Data retention
We keep account, invoice and chase-sequence data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@paidfetch.com.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
